I personally think it’s an 8, but of course, everyone has their own perspective—and for good reason! If I’m not mistaken, it’s a 15 for banana bread.

In my opinion, it’s an 8. But of course, everyone has their own take on it—and for good reason! If I understand correctly, banana bread would be around a 15. It really depends on what you’re aiming for. If I’m making banana bread, I’d go for a 15 to 11. But if I’m adding it to a salad or oats, I’d pick something closer to a 10 or 9. The ones that are just right to eat on their own, or covered in dark chocolate, would be somewhere between 6 and 8. As for 4 and 5, those are the bananas you leave for a day or two; they’ll be perfect soon. And 1-3? Those are ideal for making crispy patacones with sour cream on the side.
