Ashley Biden Caught in Charity Scandal – $500K in Donations Allegedly Hidden from IRS
Ashley Biden, daughter of President Joe Biden, is facing serious scrutiny after her nonprofit, the Women’s Wellness Spa(ce), was accused of failing to disclose half a million dollars in donations to the IRS.
Two major donations—$250,000 each from the Archewell Foundation and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation—were allegedly left out of the organization’s official filings, which reported only $170,296 in contributions for the period.
The National Legal and Policy Center has filed a formal complaint, raising concerns that even more income may have gone unreported. While the charity’s accountant claims the reporting followed accepted standards, critics argue that under the accrual method of accounting, the full amounts should have been disclosed.
If the allegations are upheld, Ashley Biden could face financial penalties—intensifying the spotlight on the Biden family’s finances.
