“FBI Launches New Probe into Explosive White House Cocaine Scandal”

FBI Reignites Probe into Shocking White House Cocaine Scandal

In an unexpected move, the FBI has reopened its investigation into one of the most bizarre and headline-grabbing mysteries of the Biden-era White House: the discovery of a bag of cocaine inside the West Wing in July 2023.

On May 26th, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino revealed on X (formerly Twitter) that the agency is revisiting several high-profile cases, including the infamous cocaine incident, the unresolved 2021 D.C. pipe bombing, and the controversial leak surrounding the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision.

“Shortly after taking office, the Director and I reviewed a series of public corruption cases that have understandably drawn widespread attention,” Bongino stated. “We decided to reopen some of these cases or allocate more resources and investigative focus. I receive regular briefings on these matters, and progress is being made.”

A scandal that rattled the nation

On July 2, 2023, Secret Service agents found a small bag of cocaine tucked away in a cubby near the entrance to the West Wing—a high-traffic area used by staff, visitors, and VIPs alike.

The startling discovery triggered an immediate evacuation of the White House and launched an intensive Secret Service investigation. Notably, President Joe Biden and his family were away at Camp David, Maryland, at the time.

Although forensic analysis confirmed the substance was cocaine, the bag yielded no usable fingerprints or DNA, leaving investigators grappling with limited leads.

No Suspect Named, but Controversy Ignites

Despite an exhaustive investigation, no suspect has ever been identified. The Secret Service struggled to narrow down the list of possible culprits, which included more than 500 staff members and visitors who had access to the West Wing.

“That was such a terrible thing,” former President Donald Trump recently remarked in an interview. “Those bins are loaded with… they’re not clean. They have hundreds, even thousands of fingerprints.”

He added pointedly, “When they examined that bag, it was absolutely stone cold, wiped dry. You know that, right?”

Trump’s Bold Accusations

Not holding back, Trump suggested a shocking possibility when asked who might be responsible. “Well, either Joe or Hunter,” he told The Spectator’s Ben Domenech. “Could be Joe, too.”

It’s worth noting that President Biden and his son Hunter were reportedly at Camp David when the cocaine was discovered inside the White House.

Still, speculation about Hunter Biden’s past struggles continues to fuel public intrigue. In his 2021 memoir Beautiful Things, Hunter openly detailed his harrowing battle with crack cocaine addiction and his ongoing journey toward recovery.

Hunter’s Admission and the Lingering Mystery

In a candid interview with CBS Sunday Morning’s Tracy Smith, Hunter Biden offered a startling glimpse into his past addiction.

“I spent more time on my hands and knees picking through rugs, smoking anything that even remotely resembled crack cocaine,” he said. “I probably smoked more parmesan cheese than anyone that you know,” he added with a rueful chuckle.

According to court testimony, Hunter has been clean since 2019.

Renewed Scrutiny, Unanswered Questions

Recently released photos of the cocaine bag and the cubby area where it was found have reignited scrutiny of security protocols within the White House—long considered one of the most secure buildings on the planet.

With Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino confirming that the case is back in active review, public speculation is once again swirling. Could this renewed push finally reveal who smuggled drugs into the executive mansion?

While it remains uncertain whether new evidence—or suspects—will emerge, one thing is clear: America hasn’t seen the last of the White House cocaine mystery.
