A crazy and heartbreaking story out of Detroit is going viral. A man named Deshawn Flood allegedly found out that none of the three kids he raised were biologically his — and even worse, rumors say his wife had been cheating on him with his own relatives.
Devastated, he reportedly waited for her outside her job, shot her multiple times, and pistol-whipped her. She survived, and he was arrested.
Now the internet is split. Some say his reaction, while illegal, came from unbearable betrayal. Others argue that no matter how bad the hurt is, violence is never justified. It’s an extremely tragic and messy situation all around.
