“Our hearts are broken, Sophie,” she wrote. “You were the bravest, funniest, and kindest girl I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. Your radiant smile and infectious laugh will never be forgotten. Rest peacefully, my sweet girl — always in my heart, always loved.”
Sue’s daughter, Chloe, also shared her sorrow in a heartfelt message:
